For Free and Pro customers, billing is simple: you pay the flat monthly plan price shown above, plus any chosen add‑on packages based on their configured quantities (for example, a specific number of Firebird panels or ControlFreq devices). These plans do not use metered billing – prices only change when you change your plan or add‑on quantities.
For Enterprise customers we use Chargebee's metered billing for certain high‑volume items. At the end of each billing period we send Chargebee the Enterprise plan, any camera tier, and usage counters for: PIN creation (active PIN / PIN / QR credentials), intercom calls, Caller ID devices (phone numbers), and PIN usage (successful PIN access events). Chargebee multiplies these usage counts by the unit prices listed in the Enterprise add‑ons grid and adds them to the fixed Enterprise base fee to generate your monthly invoice.
For Free and Pro plans, your monthly charge is a simple sum of the plan price and any fixed modules you have enabled.

For Enterprise plans, we combine a fixed base fee and camera tier with metered add‑ons reported to Chargebee each month.

Event‑based billing for completed intercom calls between entrance and flat.
Monthly charge is calculated as total number of successful intercom calls × £0.10.
Billed per active CCTV stream/device with 30‑second view.
Monthly charge is calculated as number of active CCTV streams × £0.00 (currently included at no additional cost).
Billed per active, integrated intruder alarm panel.
Monthly charge is calculated as number of active burglar alarm panels × £3.00.
Billed per active, connected ControlFreq device.
Monthly charge is calculated as number of active ControlFreq devices × £25.00.
Event‑based billing for PIN uses (or blocks of PIN uses) across all credentials.

Event‑based billing for programmatic entrance unlock actions.
Each counted unit equals one successful entrance unlock triggered via the API endpoint.
All prices are indicative and exclude taxes. Final commercial terms, discounts, and commitments are agreed in your specific Enterprise agreement or order form.
